These Terms and Conditions govern Your use of BacMath TleD - MCX Education, an educational mobile application provided by MATHCYX. By accessing or using the Application, You agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Application

BacMath TleD - MCX Education provides educational content, mathematics exercises, problems, explanations, corrections, and learning support for students and learners preparing for mathematics assessments.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, You may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep Your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under Your account.

The Service is intended for students and learners aged 16 years or older. If You are under 16, You must not create an account or use the Service without appropriate authorization from a parent, guardian, school, or legally authorized adult, where applicable.

3. Access and Payments

Some parts of the Application may require payment before access is granted. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as FedaPay. We do not store full payment card details on Our servers.

Payment records may be used to verify payments, activate paid access, support user requests, prevent fraud, and comply with accounting or legal obligations, as explained in Our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Application, attempt to bypass access controls, copy or redistribute protected content without permission, interfere with the operation of the Service, or use the Application for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or security-threatening purposes.

5. Educational Content

We aim to provide accurate and useful educational content, but We do not guarantee that all explanations, answers, or materials will be free from errors. Users should verify important academic information and use the Application as a learning support tool.

The Application may allow Users to submit mathematics exercises, questions, answers, images, or other educational content to receive explanations, corrections, or AI-assisted feedback. Users are responsible for the content they submit and must not submit unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate material.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, brand name, content, design, text, exercises, and related materials are owned by or licensed to MATHCYX unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute the content without prior written authorization.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a User violates these Terms, abuses the Service, attempts fraud, or uses the Application in a way that may harm other Users, the Company, or the Service.

Users may request account deletion by following the instructions on Our Account Deletion page or as described in Our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MATHCYX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
