Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy explains how payments and refund requests are handled for BacMath TleD - MCX Education, provided by MATHCYX.

1. Digital Service

The Application provides digital educational access and learning content. Since access is digital, refunds may be limited once access has been activated or the service has been used.

2. Access Fee

Users may be required to pay an access fee to use the Application or specific features. The price and access conditions are shown before payment where applicable.

3. Payment Provider

Payments are processed using third-party payment services. We use FedaPay as a payment provider. Payment processing is subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Payment records may also be stored in Our Supabase database for purposes such as payment verification, activation of paid access, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. We do not store full payment card details or sensitive payment credentials on Our own servers.

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

• The User was charged but did not receive access to the Application.
• A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
• A technical error prevented access and the issue could not be resolved after contacting support.

A refund may be refused if access was successfully granted and the service was used, or if the request is abusive, fraudulent, or outside a reasonable request period.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Your full name or account email
• Your username, if available
• Payment date
• Transaction reference, if available
• Reason for the refund request

Refund requests may require verification of the related user account, payment record, or transaction information before a decision is made.

6. Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed as soon as reasonably possible. If approved, the refund processing time may depend on the payment provider and banking network.
