This page explains how users of BacMath TleD - MCX Education, provided by MATHCYX, can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Need to delete your account? Email us from the email address connected to your app account when possible. This helps us verify and process your request more quickly.

How to Request Account Deletion

If the Application provides an in-app account deletion feature, you may request deletion directly from within the Application.

Information to Include

Please include the following details in your request:

Your username
The email address used in the app
Your country
Your selected class or educational level, if available

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When your request is verified and processed, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including your username, email address, country, selected class or educational level, and app-related account information, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information.

Images, typed exercises, answers, or educational content submitted for feedback are not stored permanently as part of a personal student record. They are used to provide the requested educational response and are deleted or not retained after processing, unless temporary technical retention is necessary.

Data That May Be Retained

Some payment, transaction, security, support, or audit records may be retained for a limited period if required for legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Some data may remain in aggregated or anonymized form because it no longer identifies you personally. Residual copies may also remain in backups for a limited period consistent with backup retention schedules.

Processing Time

We will process account deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving and verifying the request. If we need more information to confirm the account, we may reply to the email address used for the request.
